This is another title cited by Campbell in his Introduction to ‘Popular Tales’ that I felt compelled to obtain. They’re a wee bit battered around the board edges but the illustrations and text are clean and clear. As with Lane’s ‘Thousand and One Nights,’ I’ve read the introduction but haven’t yet had a moment to get into the stories.
