‘Anecdotes of Burns’ (1893)

[Scanned Images Contents]

A christmas/birthday present came through the door in the form of this publication. I had thought it was a twentieth century production as I’ve not come across many nineteenth century paperpacks that look as modern as this. I was very pleasantly surprised to find it was very much something that belonged in the RSH collection as well as being uploadable to the site, which I’ll begin as soon as possible. I think this could present us with a lot of funny and interesting stories about our country’s national bard.
