I’ve scanned these newspapers in at a fairly high resolution in order that you have some sense of the texture. It’s almost fabric-like and you can feel the indented print, much like the Acts of Parliament already uploaded. I love that everything about it says it’s an old publication, in fact it’s not much off 275 years old.
